Meet Some of Our Therapists and Clinicians
Marikate Carabase is a Lead Behavior Analyst in Palm Beach County for Spout Therapy. Marikate has her Masters in Special Education and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her Masters Degree at Simmons University in Boston Massachusetts and completed her coursework towards obtaining her BCBA at Western New England University. Marikate has experience working as a Behavior Analyst in a variety of settings including public school systems, ABA clinics, in-home services and telehealth services.
Suzy Albarran, BCBA,
Suzy holds over 15 years of experience as a provider of naturalistic and developmental intervention to children and adults with special needs across consumer home and community settings. Her strengths include program development and supervision of caregivers, technicians, future clinicians, and tomorrow's educators. Suzy is knowledgeable in educating learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Mark Flynn, Psy.D.
Dr. Flynn is a clinical psychologist. Dr. Flynn is a diagnostic evaluator for the mobile Autism Diagnostic Team throughout the state of Florida. His full time clinical practice, Community Behavioral Services, is in Jacksonville, Florida, where he evaluates and treats a wide variety of clinical cases for people of all ages. Dr. Flynn has been a licensed psychologist in the state of Florida since 2003.
Dr. Henry S. Roane
Dr. Henry S. Roane received his Ph.D. from Louisiana State University in 2000. Dr. Roane is known as an outstanding leader, clinician, researcher, and mentor. He is currently Chief of Developmental Pediatrics and Medical Genetics and Director of the Center for Development, Behavior, and Genetics at Upstate Medical University. His clinical practice is data-driven, with ongoing data collection and analysis used to refine treatments, leading to high levels of success with patients who display severe, chronic, and treatment-resistant problem behavior.
Nadine Dabbs M.S., BCBA
Nadine Dabbs is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She practices in Palm Beach County Florida and beyond via Telehealth. Nadine works with clients ages 2-17 and their families providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Nadine’s clients are primarily individuals with Autism, ADHD, ODD, and other developmental disorders. In addition to her work directly with families, she works as an Adjunct Faculty, Mentor to graduate students at Simmons University in the Behavior Analysis program.
Yury Yakubchyk Sr., MD, PhD
Yury Yakubchyk. MD, PhD is an accomplished Pediatrician who is board-certified with the American Academy of Pediatrics. Prior to joining Sprout as founding physician, he completed his residency in pediatrics at New York’s Mount Sinai School of Medicine and fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Disease at Stony Brook Children’s Hospital.
In addition, Dr. Yakubchyk also practices privately and is the Head of the Pediatrics Department at Augusta Health Hospital in Fishersville, Virginia. When he’s not working, he enjoys playing sports, especially soccer, hiking, and gardening with his wife.
